We’re writing to let you know that we’ve recently updated our compliance model list, and we’re excited to share the latest developments with you.
Thinking of Getting Back Into Compliance?
If you haven’t done compliance recently but are considering getting back into importing, we’d love to chat.
We’re happy to discuss:
- Current pricing
- The latest market conditions
- Any other questions you have to help you get up and running again
New / Re-approved models
The Lexus IS 500 F-Sport is now eligible for compliance — a great addition for performance-focused customers: USE30 Fitted with 2UR-GSE engine 08/2022 – CURRENT (must not exceed 80,000km)

We can now comply Toyota Hiace 2WD (RWD) variants with build dates from September 2019 to February 2025.
⚠️ Please note: To meet SEVS eligibility requirements, these Hiaces must be converted to motorhomes during the compliance process.
TRH200 RWD variants (January 2004 – CURRENT) will also be eligible soon — we’ll keep you posted.

There is a new SEVs entry for the Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ 297123 RWD ONLY (05/2021 – No end date). There is no model report, so currently no compliance, but stay tuned as we expect one to be available later in the year!

Import Approval Application Deadline
A reminder that all import approval applications must be submitted through Rover at least 30 days before the SEVS expiry date.
To avoid delays, we encourage you to send in your applications as early as possible, so we have enough time to process and submit them through ROVER on your behalf.

We have inspection facilities in multiple states to support your needs, no matter where you’re located.
